About the Role
Join a distinguished Sales Organization and play an integral role in maintaining a competitive edge across established and emerging markets in the Homeland Security sector, covering Police, Defense/Military, and Intelligence Services. Your responsibilities will include addressing the technical and commercial needs of customers through product demonstrations, tender proposal/quote drafting, and offering first-line product support.
Your focus will be on regional business development within the DACH/EMEA area, operating from either the Germany office or a suitable home office setting. Here's what you'll be tasked with:
Managing Homeland Security customer activities within the DACH/EMEA markets.
Demonstrating a strong technical background and a commitment to meeting or exceeding targets.
Formulating business development strategies and objectives for products, including identifying target customers, channels, and key market segments, and drafting corresponding business and strategic action plans.
Maintaining close technical collaboration with Product Management and the R&D team to ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and to provide guidance for future product development.
Proficiency in writing tenders in the German language.
Mandatory Requirements:
Extensive experience within the Homeland Security industry in the German market.
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
Strong technical and commercial background, especially in Government applications (Police, Defense/Military, Intelligence Services).
Established customer networks and knowledge of governmental security domain markets.
Technical experience in cellular telecommunications.
Proficiency in computer operations.
Experience in database management (CRM) for sales activities.
Ability to acquire and maintain German Security Clearance.

Language Skills:
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
