About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales, Senior Sales Director, the primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities within designated enterprise organizations in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include:

Conducting research on target accounts and developing prospecting campaigns, gaining deep insights into their business and potential alignment opportunities.
Engaging comprehensively within enterprise organizations to fully understand the scope of potential opportunities.
Leading the entire sales cycle, from initiating opportunity creation to finalizing outcomes. This includes conducting prospecting campaigns, facilitating the discovery process during meetings with prospects and clients, forecasting, employing a Value Framework for selling, and ultimately closing deals.
Collaborating with the sales ecosystem and partners to support sales opportunities.
Participating in internal team meetings to collaborate with the supporting ecosystem on opportunities, resolve customer issues, share best practices, and liaise with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of field sales experience in an Enterprise software/SaaS organization.
Demonstrated track record as a top performer in a quota-carrying sales role.
Preferred Qualifications:

Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in creating opportunities within large strategic accounts with lengthy sales cycles.
Proven success in closing large deals at enterprise levels through strategic planning, focus, and determination.
Experience in selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level.
Previous achievements in surpassing sales targets, building robust pipelines, and nurturing key accounts.
